When refunds apply
- The payment was charged but the operator did not credit the balance within 30 minutes (mobile) or 60 minutes (JioHome FTTH).
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical fault on our side.
- The transaction failed mid-process but funds were deducted.
Non-refundable cases
- Recharge was successfully credited to the operator account.
- Wrong number or wrong operator chosen by the user — please double-check before paying.
- User changed their mind after a successful recharge.
How to request
Email support@jioairmob.com with the order reference and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
