We collect: the mobile number / account ID being recharged, transaction amount, payment card details (processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider — full numbers are not stored on our servers), email address for receipts, IP address, and basic browser information.

2. How we use data

Data is used to process the recharge, send receipts, look up past orders, and respond to support requests. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Data retention

Transaction records are retained for 24 months for compliance with Indian tax and consumer protection rules, then securely deleted.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@jioairmob.com. We respond within 30 days.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+. Payment details are handled by our card processor; we never store full card numbers, CVV, or PINs.
